Peer Review

A Peer Review is required for all CPA Firms which perform any engagement(s) covered by Statements on Auditing Standards (SAS), Statements on Standards for Accounting and Review Services (SSARS), Statements on Standards for Attestation Engagements (SSAEs), and Government Auditing Standards (Yellow Book).

Per the AICPA Peer Review Website:

To protect the public interest, the AICPA’s Peer Review Program is driven by adherence to the highest possible professional standards and understanding of changing business and regulatory environments.”

The Firm of Kenneth M Daniels CPA undergoes a system review in which the reviewer expresses an opinion on whether the Firm has designed its system of quality control in accordance with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) quality control standards and has complied with its quality-control policies and procedures.

The Firm’s most recent peer review report, its acceptance by the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Certificate of Recognition can be reviewed below on the left.
